Jean-Michel Werk

Jean-Michel Werk was born and raised in Santa Monica, CA to an American father and French mother. He spent four years at University of North Carolina Charlotte playing division one tennis. He graduated from Charlotte in 2006, with a B.A. in Psychology.
Since graduating in 06, he has lived in various places around the U.S. such as Honolulu and New York City. Jean-Michel is passionate about traveling.  He has visited such places as Australia, Thailand, and various countries in Europe.
It wasn’t until summer of 2008 that he came up with the idea of traveling the United States in order to get a better understanding of the people in his home country.
JM had felt that he missed out on the full college experience during his time at Charlotte. What better way to make up for it than to launch a 100 day road trip exploring the college football fan craze?
In 2008, Jean-Michel brought up his idea of making a travel documentary to his younger brother, Stephan. A year later, Jean-Michel bought a 24-foot, 1989 Fleetwood Flair RV and they started a 100 day road trip through the United States.
